William Eggert

Congresswoman Pat Schroeder is poised to become the first person ever to serve twenty-four years from Colorado in Congress. In the 1992 election, she passed Byron Rogers who was Denver's congressman twenty years, 1951-71. In l994, she will surpass J. Edgar Chenoweth who represented southern Colorado in Congress for 1941-49 and 1951-65. Chenoweth lost to Frank Evans in l964.
